Unmapped TCG
Terms of sale
Last updated: August 30, 2026
These terms of sale apply to any reservation or purchase made on unmappedtcg.com, published by Victor Lajri, sole trader (see legal notice), hereafter « Unmapped ». Unmapped offers two ways to acquire a certified sealed product: sharing a case in a room (group reservation), and buying directly, and immediately, a product already certified and in stock in the shop. The rules specific to each are detailed below.
1. Purpose
Unmapped offers a « certified case sharing » service for trading cards, and a shop for direct purchase of already-certified sealed products. In every case, the product comes from a factory-sealed case, opened and filmed in full without any cut before being made available, and is never sorted beforehand.
2. Formats offered
- Display room: group purchase, 12 spots for a One Piece case, 6 for a Pokémon case (one spot = one display).
- Booster room: same principle, applied to a lot of boosters instead of a case of displays; the number of spots depends on the lot offered for that extension (6 or 12 boosters).
- Shop: direct, immediate purchase of boosters or displays already certified and in stock, with no group to wait for.
3. Products and prices
The price shown on each room is the exact share of the case or lot price (split across the spots), plus the Unmapped service fee (blockchain certification, numbered tamper-evident sticker, random draw, shipping). Unmapped does not buy or resell the case itself: it only passes through, at cost, with no markup. The price shown on each shop product is a fixed price, shipping included in the total shown before purchase, for a product already certified and physically in stock.
These prices are in euros. Unmapped is not subject to VAT (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code): prices shown are therefore net prices, with no tax mentioned. Market reference prices shown for comparison (e.g. Cardmarket) are indicative only, not contractual, and may move independently of the Unmapped price.
4. Room reservation and payment
A complete delivery address (name, phone number, postal address, country) must be saved in the buyer’s « My account » page before reserving a spot: it is required to calculate the applicable shipping fee and to ship the product.
Reserving a spot triggers a bank pre-authorization (via Stripe) for the corresponding amount (case or lot share + Unmapped service fee + shipping, based on the buyer’s delivery country). This pre-authorization results in no charge. The actual charge only occurs once the room reaches full capacity. As long as the room isn’t full, the buyer may freely cancel their reservation from their « My account » page, at no cost.
A bank pre-authorization is only valid for a limited time set by the buyer’s bank (typically around 7 days). As long as the room remains open to reservations and hasn’t reached the time limit described in article 5, Unmapped automatically renews the pre-authorization as it nears expiry, using the saved payment method. This renewal may require the buyer’s confirmation (strong authentication / 3D Secure): an email is then sent with a confirmation link. Without a response before the current pre-authorization expires, the reservation is released automatically and at no cost.
If, when the room fills up, the pre-authorization cannot be captured (expired card, insufficient funds, dispute...), the reservation concerned is cancelled and the spot is put back up for reservation; Unmapped cannot be held liable for the resulting unavailability of the product for the buyer concerned.
5. Room lifespan and automatic expiry
Once its first spot is reserved, a room has a maximum of 45 days to reach full capacity. As long as no spot has been reserved, this deadline does not start: an empty room can remain open indefinitely, since no card is pre-authorized yet.
If this period expires without the room being full: the room is closed to new reservations; every pre-authorization still pending is cancelled for good, with no charge ever taking place; each buyer concerned is notified by email.
This closure is automatic and requires no action from the buyer. A new room may later be opened for the same extension, at Unmapped’s discretion, with no obligation and no automatic re-enrollment of buyers from the expired room.
6. Assignment of displays and boosters
Once a room is full, the case is opened and filmed in full. The displays or boosters it contains are assigned to the room’s buyers by a random draw. Nothing is removed, swapped or sorted before the opening.
7. Direct purchase in the shop
Unlike a room, a shop purchase is for a product that is already certified and physically available: the quantity shown reflects real stock. Payment is charged immediately when the order is confirmed (no pre-authorization, unlike a room). A complete delivery address is required before any purchase.
Each unit sold in the shop has its own serial number and public certification page, viewable before purchase. Shipping happens within the timeframes shown on the site, subject to stock available at the time of the order. If a product turns out to be unavailable after an order was placed, the buyer is fully refunded.
8. Shipping
Each display or booster is shipped sealed, with its numbered tamper-evident sticker intact. The link to the opening video and the tracking number are sent by email at the time of shipping. Shipping times shown on the site are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier’s logistics.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of their product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.
To exercise it, the buyer notifies their decision by email to victor.lajri92@gmail.com before this period expires, then returns the product at their own expense, in its original condition. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
In accordance with article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer is liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, notably breaking the numbered tamper-evident sticker: this depreciation may be deducted from the refund.
This legal right of withdrawal is independent of the option to freely cancel a room reservation before it is full (article 4 above), which remains the simplest way to back out of a room.
10. Guarantees and liability
Unmapped commits to ensuring that each case opened live has not been sorted beforehand in any way, and that this process is filmed in full without any cut. Every certified serial number can be independently verified on its public page, at unmappedtcg.com/certification/[serial number].
The rate at which rare cards appear in an Unmapped product is strictly identical to that of any sealed copy of the same product sold elsewhere: Unmapped never sorts, selects or alters the content in any way before certification. Unmapped does not guarantee obtaining a rare card or any specific content: the distribution of cards within a case or a lot is determined solely by the game publisher.
Unmapped cannot be held liable for delays or incidents attributable to the carrier, or for events of force majeure.
11. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, the buyer can contact victor.lajri92@gmail.com. In accordance with article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, if no amicable resolution is reached, the consumer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator.
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data is detailed in the privacy policy.
13. Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
